The new line of Thom Filicia fabrics have hit the Kravet showrooms. Here is a sneak peek as the images are not yet up in the Kravet fabric online search engine. All images are via Kravet.

Thom Filicia, well known for his Emmy winning work on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, has been named as one of House Beautiful’s Top 100 American Designers and House & Garden’s Top 50 “Tastemakers.” He has also starred in and produced two Style Network Shows, Dress My Nest and Tacky House, where he focused on making home design accessible and achievable for the average homeowner.
I love the palate below, and especially cannot wait to see “Selina” in person.
Clockwise from top right: Crouse, Eureka, Selina, Shonnard
And, while I do not often use orange in my designs, I love these….and think the Citysquare print would look great as pillows on a navy couch!
Fabrics, left to right: Citysquare, Alvord, Poppyfield, Prospect
For a more neutral palate, the following would certainly fit the bill.
Fabrics: clockwise from top left: Niagra, Lodi, Eisner, Lodi
Fabrics, from left to right: Alvord, Basin, Alvord, Croly, Wall
Finally, how great is the fabric on the chairs in the NY D&D Building Kravet Showroom?
So, what do you think? Do you like what you see? I’ll let you know once I’ve seen these in person!

June 29th, 2010 at 11:27 amAck! Love the combination of prints and patterns — geometrics, tribal, tweeds, chevrons…it’s all there! Color palette looks good, too. Let me know what you think when you get to see (and touch!) them.
