Buying “To the Trade” only home furnishings and fabrics through Maddie G Designs LLC is a simple process.

Locate the “To the Trade” only item you desire.

Our resources page is designed to provide you with many options for conducting your own personal research.  Should you require a visit your local Design Center in order to finalize your selections, please select the design center and showroom(s) you would like to visit and contact us so that we may facilitate this request.  We will even call ahead to ensure your visit is productive.  For your convenience, a list of regional design centers throughout the United States is listed on the resources page.

Send us as much detail as you can on your desired item.

Contact us with as much detail as possible (e.g. furniture or fabric manufacturer, model name/number, finish and/or colors selected, etc.)  Based on the information you provide, we will provide you with a written quote.

Place your order.

Should you wish to place an order, please sign the quote and return it to us with the required deposit (generally 50% of the purchase price).  Deposits may be made by check, money order or by credit card via Paypal (nominal convenience fee applies).

Wait patiently.

In many cases your order is being manufactured specifically for you.  Custom products generally take at least 8-10 weeks to arrive.  Fabric orders often ship immediately.  We will monitor the status of your order and keep you updated if delays are anticipated.  We will then contact you for the final balance on your account prior to the item being shipped from the manufacturer.

Fabrics and small items may be drop shipped directly to you.  Larger items will often arrive on a common carrier and, as a result, must be received by a commercial receiver.  From there, the item may be picked up or white glove delivery scheduled.  We will let you know in advance how your item will arrive so that you have a full picture of the total cost of your item.  We do not charge a mark-up on delivery fees!
