Chihuly at the Dallas Arboretum….

I mentioned recently that we wanted to get back to the Arboretum to take another look at the Chihuly exhibit now that the temps have cooled off a bit here in Dallas.  The exhibit has been extended until the end of December if you have missed it…..  It is spectacular.  We have a season pass to the Arboretum and I love popping over when we have an hour or so to spare.  The kids love running around.  Here is what we saw this week when we went.

Every walkway was lined with pumpkins.  It was amazing and so festive.

The blown glass art sculptures were featured throughout the gardens.  Each one was more stunning than the last.

They offer evening hours where you can have dinner and then stroll through the illuminated gardens.  I am going to try to do this with my husband before the end of the year.  I am sure they look amazing illuminated!

Have a great weekend!

I am a big Chihuly fan. Thanks for sharing your photos. I pinned a couple to my Chihuly board.

U know I am a big arboretum fan. I especially like this combo of their gardens, holiday pumpkins and what looks like glass sculptures. Wish I could see it in person with all of you. Happy Fall holidays!
